Zephyr.
Complex network.
Clear decisions.

01 / Overview
A whole network.
One workspace.
A web application that gives supervisors a clearer view of their EV charging and battery stations.
Designed for an EV provider in the Netherlands, Zephyr brings station monitoring, asset management, reporting and service scheduling into one interface. The goal was to make day-to-day operations intuitive, with the information supervisors need close at hand.

02 / Approach
Start with the people
behind the network.
Understanding what supervisors need to see, decide and do.
End-user interviews, assessments and in-app analytics helped identify pain points and user requirements. Competitor applications and industry patterns informed the direction before moving into structure, prototyping and visual design.
